Connector releases ship for Odoo 17, 18 and 19 together. Your version is under Manufacturing → Configuration → APS Connector and on the Settings page.
September 2026
- A rush order can take material Odoo has reserved for an order that has not started, is not locked and is outside the freeze window. Publish with Update material reservations moves Odoo's reservations to match.
- A component holds back only the step that uses it, and nothing once that step has started.
- Each part is counted once per step, and each plan shares stock only among its own orders.
- Sub-assembly orders are linked to the order named in their Source field. The parent waits for them and they show the SUB tag.
- Work Orders: a Delivery filter (late, at risk, on time), opened from the dashboard cards. The sales order header shows how many of its orders are listed and which one finishes last. Dates outside the current year show the year.
- Updating reservations on publish follows the order the plan starts the orders in.
- Sync shows progress inside each stage and reads only the BOMs your open orders need. A long sync is followed to the end, and one that stops responding can be restarted from the page.
- Incoming purchase orders count while their receipt is open, and only for products kept in stock. Needs connector 19.0.1.25.0, 18.0.1.21.0 or 17.0.1.21.0.
- Work Orders: a Lock filter, a planned finish per order and per sales order, clearer step labels, and a held badge for steps the freeze window kept in place. Locked bars on the Gantt show a lock.
- A run marks every step it checked as planned, and a run that moves nothing can still be applied.
- The freeze window counts 24 hours per day from the moment of the run, and the dialog shows the exact cut-off. A number that does not fit a field is flagged under it.
- Publish writes the planned completion date on the sale order in Odoo and can tell the salesperson when it is later than promised. Connector 19.0.1.24.0, 18.0.1.20.0 or 17.0.1.20.0.
- Calendars keep their own time zone.
- A drag on the Gantt snaps to the next shift of the work centre; a drop onto another bar lands right after it.
- Capacity trials can be stacked across work centres.
- Running and finished steps never move.
- Locks and moves are saved the moment you make them, and an open tab picks up changes made elsewhere.
- Apply asks for a new preview when the plan changed after the preview started.
- Steps can be locked from Work Orders, one order or many at once, and Unlock all clears a plan.
- An order left out of the plan for material is cleared from it, and the shortage message names the part and the orders that took the supply.
- Settings → Material supply: how long a purchase order past its date still counts as supply.
- Backward runs follow priority, and a rush order is planned forward from now.
- Compare up to ten plans side by side.
August 2026
- Capacity page: load per work centre, what late orders wait for, trial runs with the hours needed and the orders they move.
- Rush orders go first. The run reports a frozen step in the way.
- Freeze window is a wall from both sides.
- Drag a bar on the Gantt, undo, redo.
- Material status from Odoo reservations. Orders show their own components. Scarce parts go to the order the sort puts first.
- Order with no material: schedule and flag, or leave it out. Publish can unplan what was left out. Connector 19.0.1.19.0 and matching 18 / 17.
- Orders above a sub-assembly that cannot be made wait with it.
- Running work shown where it runs. Utilisation measured over the window on screen. Dashboard names the period.
- Browser and Odoo errors collected, kept 30 days.
- Connector: listed as an application in Odoo Apps; version shown in APS Settings; work orders ordered as in Odoo; incoming material dated by receipt; maintenance blocks work centres on 17 and 18; BOMs per variant; re-reservation one MO at a time.
July 2026
- Priorities set in APS survive syncs. A priority change cascades to sub-orders.
